Available in Class B, A, 1/3, 1/5 or 1/10 DIN accuracies, these simple Pt100 assemblies comprise either a thin film or a ceramic wire wound element welded to insulated wire in a 4-wire configuration. Maximum operating temperature 480°F.

Platinum Resistance Thermometer Specifications

Ceramic elements are smaller and are available in better accuracies but are fragile, Thin Film elements are more rugged but are limited to class A and B accuracies
Note: Some wiring and number of element configurations may not be available in all diameters

Assemblies with pot seals are supplied with short tails as shown. However, where leads are several metres or more long, it is more suitable to have an overall sheathed Wire. We recommend the following Wire, which are 7/0.2mm and overall sheathed constructions. Other Wire is available, please contact us for details.
