Swaged Tip Thermocouple with Standard Jack
Swaged Tip Thermocouples - with Standard Jack
- High integrity construction suited to arduous operating conditions at temperatures from -330°F to 2300°F (-200ºC to +1250ºC). The maximum operating temperature is dependant on diameter and environmental factors, further guidance is available here.
- Custom built to your specification and terminated in a choice of standard thermocouple plugs rated to 425°F, 660°F or 1200°F (220ºC, 350ºC or 650ºC)
- Alternatively, we have a large range of sensors available to buy online in various diameters and lengths
- Rugged large diameter whilst a low thermal mass reduced tip provides a fast response
- The process of swaging increases the strength of the sheath by enhancing the grain structure during forming
- Available in thermocouple types K, T, J, N, E, R, S & B in lengths from a few inches to hundreds of feet dependent on the sheath diameter selected
- See detailed information on how a thermocouple works
